As an Account Manager, you will be part of a team focusing on delivering high-quality localisation projects and ensuring client retention and satisfaction. You will collaborate with industry-leading clients and other VSI Group studios in EMEA and the Americas.
Managing full project cycles from initial quotation and planning through to scheduling, budgeting, QC, delivery, invoicing, and documentation, while following the client’s KPIs, guidelines, and internal standards.
Guaranteeing client satisfaction through the successful management of localisation projects whilst strictly following the deadlines and materials schedules.
Providing Account Management services to key strategic clients.
Preparing monthly reports and maintaining Excel spreadsheets for clients and internal use as required.
Participating in production meetings or conference calls with clients on complex projects.
