Traffic Project Manager

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Traffic PM at VSI Rome is responsible for planning and overseeing dubbing related projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion. Traffic PM plans and designates project resources, monitors progress, and keeps stakeholders informed the entire way. This is all done within the confines of our company's goals and vision. The successful candidate will work directly with PMs and clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. They will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. Traffic PM performs a variety of tasks, leading and coordinating the work of other team members.

About the team:

What you'lll do: 

Short-term management tasks:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties
  • Report and escalate to management as needed

Operational focus: 

  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, using appropriate verification techniques and project management tools.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with other staff members.
  • Planning and implementation of projects
  • Reviewing and preparing quotations for incoming customer enquiries
  • Supervising the project process

You'll bring:

Experience & skills:

  • Language: Italian Native; English min. B2 or equivalent 
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Previous working experience working in team 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in both Italian and English)
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience


  • Process improvement, detail-oriented, critical thinking, problem solving
  • Effective communication, conflict resolution, active listening, empathy, relationship management and respect
  • Knowledge of the dubbing industry will be considered a plus
