Originally founded in 2005 as ARC TV and acquired by the VSI Group in 2015, VSI Moscow provides the Russian market with a complete in-house localisation and post-production solution.

Located in Moscow’s media district of Ostankino, we deliver services in dubbing, voice-over, subtitling and graphics to the high standards for which VSI is known. We also provide multi-voice lectoring, which is how a large proportion of content is localised into the Russian language.

We work with some of the best known and most talented voice artists in Russia. Our client list includes many high-profile broadcasters and media companies, as well as businesses from the advertising, pharmaceutical, IT, gaming and automobile industries.
