VSI London are pleased to announce that the Science Museum’s Information Age gallery, a project for which we provided English subtitling services, has been selected as one of seven finalists in the Best Heritage Project category of the annual National Lottery Awards.
Information Age is a stunning permanent gallery at the Science Museum, celebrating more than 200 years of innovation in information and communication technologies. It is the largest and most ambitious gallery in the Science Museum, featuring over 800 rare objects and bringing to life various remarkable moments in the history of communication technology. VSI London were delighted to provide English subtitles for a number of the video displays which accompany the exhibits, on topics including the history of the telephone, microchips, GPS and satellite television.
You can vote for Information Age online at www.lotterygoodcauses.org.uk/project/information-age
The winners of each category will be announced in August. We wish the Science Museum the best of luck!
