In-house studios
We have four in-house sound recording studios and extensive post-production facilities. Our sound engineers have a wealth of foreign-language re-versioning experience and an impressive track record in recording, editing and mixing audio for corporate programmes, advertising, multimedia, international broadcast and lip-sync dubbing.
Script translation
All of our in-house and freelance linguists are highly experienced in translation for voice-over. Understanding the importance of conveying the correct meaning, reflecting the original style and ensuring that the translation fits the timing of the original programme.
Language directors/supervisors
VSI's language directors play a crucial role in the voice-over process. They are all mother-tongue speakers who check pronunciation, ensure nothing is left out and provide creative direction. They act as a link between voice, engineer and client, ensuring the best possible recording in the shortest possible time - thus reducing overall costs, an important factor for all our clients.
One-stop service or pick and choose
With VSI's in-house sound studios, our international facilities and our associate studios throughout Europe and the Middle East, we really do offer a unique international one-stop service including translation, adaptation for voice-over or lip-sync, casting and supplying voices, negotiating buyouts, studio facilities, engineers and language directors. All you need to do is speak to one of our expert project managers and VSI will do the rest.
We are flexible too - you can pick and choose the services you would like in any combination. If you have your own studio or a favourite engineer, VSI will happily send our voices or language supervisors/directors to you.
