VSI Amsterdam celebrates 10th anniversary

Established on 1 January 2001, VSI Amsterdam is celebrating its 10th anniversary - a decade of dedication to quality and service, resulting in a portfolio of satisfied clients.

“This is no small feat, and we’re all very proud,” says director Ron van Broekhoven. “We started out in uncertain times with three people in a small office in Amsterdam. Competition was quite fierce already, but we managed to steadily increase our client base and make a name for ourselves. The move to nearby media town Hilversum in 2005, enabling us to grow further and better service our clients, has really paid off.”

VSI Amsterdam specialises in subtitling and text translation for a variety of clients. “We believe that innovation is the key to the future. Embracing new technologies and using them to our clients’ advantage is the way forward, whether it’s online translation tools, specialised subtitling for tablets or 3D subtitling.”

With an in-house staff of 10, VSI Amsterdam is well-suited to handle all translation and subtitling requirements. Van Broekhoven: “We envisage continued growth. I’m already looking forward to our 20th anniversary in 2021!”
